    Umm... What?
I like how on MSNBC, Keith Olberman kept referring to a "massive cardiac arrest'. How many patients have you treated with a small cardiac arrest?

No, that's what some reporter in front of UCLA said: "Cardiac Arrest, that's much worse than a heart attack".....

I kinda wonder if it had to do with his supposedly needing a lung transplant, or if it was something weird...

EVERYONE does of Cardiac Arrest eventually. LOL
Of course there is no formula for success except perhaps an unconditional acceptance of life and what it brings.

There is no refuge from memory and remorse in this world. The spirits of our foolish deeds haunt us, with or without repentance. "Gilbert Parker"

    Honestly who cares.
He will never be able to harm another child.

Farrah suffered greatly as she battled cancer.
She will be missed by many.

What about all the young children who die each day? What about the retired medic/cop/firefighter/soldier that died because of occupational illness?

What makes on persons life worth more than another?

Well ,strictly speaking, that's quite true. Cardiac arrest is much worse. :)

Quite true. And remember, asystole is the most stable rythym of them all.

Your right, like Frank Zappa dying of prostrate cancer. I expected an OD, suicide, anything else but that.

When Farrah got to heaven, she made one wish. Her wish was for all of the world's children to be safe. So, God killed Michael Jackson.

We only stay in play if we witness the arrest.

As far as MJ's death, I am shocked, and a little bit sad. Regardless of his personal faults, although some were only accusations. I say let him RIP.

He couldn't find much peace on this plane of existence, may find some peace in the next.

Not to step on anyone's feet, but we might wanna continue the whole CPR discussion in the ALS section. It's actually a quite valid and interesting topic. If a mod would be so nice as to move said posts.

Even though MJ was a freak, I grew up with him and still consider him the greatest pop icon of the century. If it weren't for his 'attraction' to kids I'd actually miss him.
