Big Jake made it to 16!

Just thought I'd mark a milestone here on Ghettomedic. My Chow/Australian Sheppard mix, Jake, is 16 years old today! That's roughly the equivalent of 77 in human age. Eight years ago we were told that his kidneys were failing and we'd be lucky if he made it another 18 months. Luckily, Vets are just as incompetent as Docs and he's still kicking! Granted, he's half blind, deaf as a stone and needs help standing up off our hardwood floors but he's happy and thinks he can still whoop the ass of any dog that looks at him the wrong way.
