Mike,

I know from personal experience that boards like V-Bulletin and IPB aren't cheap to purchase or maintain. Where can we send donations to help out from month to month?

Honestly I could set something up but the advertising on the HTML pages cover the cost of hosting and license for VB annually.

With the low wages EMS typically receives I would rather you keep the money in your pocket and maybe one day buy a t-shirt when we get more. Just you participating in the board is enough honestly but I thank you for the offer.

Thats very nice of you Mike!

I agree with nomex... but am glad you don't need the offer. This is probably the ONLY site on the internet I would ever pay for because its so awesome. If something ever changes and you need a couple $$ to keep GH running so smooth I am sure more than most of us would donate to the cause.

Mighty nice of you sir. Just let me know if that ever changes. I'll be more than happy to help. For now, I'll just look for a t-shirt.

Agreed. As I said, back you when you set up the behind closed door section, I'd be happy to contribute financially to the board should it become necessary. If the ads cover the costs all the better, but don't be afraid to shout should the need arise.

As poor as I am, I'm sure I can donate a few bucks to keep the boards up if the need arises.

The euro is worth more than the US dollar, the pound is worth more than the euro. Good luck eating at McDonalds, it is like 15+ US dollars per person

Stubbornness or good economical decision?

Probably stubborness but it has meant our currency is a bit more robust at times

Nope, the folks from the island aswell as the skandinavians ans swiss ran away from it. They feared it wouldn't turn out as stable as it did. Honestly though, everyone was afraid, especially the "wealthier" countries.

That's one of the many reasons I love the Britts!

Besides, that would have meant you would have to get in bed with the French!

Actually, they've been working on that since the end of WWII, but the rest of the definition is right- no one wants to do it right now. I had to listen about it for a year and a half; my brother's thesis was 'Economical Integration into the European Union'

I take it by your reply that the UK doesn't have an official agency devoted to the silly walks.
