And just what the Hell does all of that crap mean? Is there a serious problem or are the freaking things gona work at all? Thank God for spin control, the Lawyers really got ahold of that one didnt they?

I heard that it has something to do with the FDA. How they are involved is beyond me.

Just thinking about your statement. Best I can tell is, the AED/Defibber is a prescription "medication" or treatment for signs and symptoms of an illness in a human being. So, just like a pill, the FDA has to stick their nose in it for their blessing. I think the FDA is really like a catchall agency, if it needs to be regulated and doesn't really fall into a preexisting agency's area, the **** it and give it to the FDA.
